This policy applies to Caption Lab Localizer (the "Tool"), an internal tool operated by Caption Lab Ltd, United Kingdom company number 16994965 ("we", "us"). Contact: parkalistta@gmail.com.
The Tool is used only by Caption Lab Ltd for YouTube channels that we own and operate. It is not offered to the public and has no user accounts other than our own.
When an authorised member of our team signs in with Google, the Tool accesses, through the YouTube API Services, only data belonging to our own channels:
The Tool does not access, collect or store personal data about viewers, commenters or any other third party.
We use this data only to translate our own videos' titles, descriptions and subtitles and to publish those translations back to the same channels. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, resale or any other purpose.
Access tokens and translation files are stored on a private computer owned and controlled by Caption Lab Ltd. They are not published, sold, shared with third parties or transferred to any other service.
We do not share, sell or disclose data obtained through the YouTube API Services to any third party. Translations are generated by software running on our own computer.
Caption Lab Localizer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, our team is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. On request, or when access is revoked, we delete the stored access tokens. To ask us to delete any data, email parkalistta@gmail.com.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
