Caption Lab Localizer is an internal tool operated by Caption Lab Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 16994965).
The tool translates the titles, descriptions and subtitles of videos on YouTube channels owned and operated by Caption Lab Ltd, and publishes the translations back to those same channels using the YouTube Data API. Its purpose is to make our own videos available to viewers in more languages.
Only Caption Lab Ltd. The tool is not offered to the public or to third parties, it has no public sign-up, and it does not collect data about viewers or other users.
Authorised staff sign in with the Google accounts that own our channels and grant access through Google's standard OAuth screen. The tool uses YouTube API Services and complies with the YouTube Terms of Service.
